I like
Global
I grew up in the middle of nowhere reading books and magazines about the big world outside. That helped me to think of myself on a global scale and formed respective beliefs. For instance I think that ethnicity, gender and education are precious parts of one's personal culture and meaningful contribution to communities. However those features are not make judgements by on ones potential, performance nor talent.
doers
I recognise mastery and benevolence in people. Having those two makes you will succeed and contribute good inevitably. It doesn't matter where you get those features — by having good upbringing and education or despite having neither of those. Doers are rarely overachieving heroes. They are often humble marathon runners.
easy
Doing good stuff should be easy. Being fulfilled by intense work should be easy. Being yourself should be easy. Not being fearful or anxious should be easy. If not — it should be addressed and resolved. Crisis, struggle, overcomplicating is okay when temporary. You don't want to design systems that state those as normal.
Candid
People are different and basis of any communication and collaboration is downgrading to a common ground. A nice common ground must allow safety and clarity. To the point where it's effortless to be honest and straightforward.
Style
Having a style is surprisingly inevitable. If you try your best to have everything blank, raw and generic, you end up with solid normcore. Even if you don't try at all, you get you-style with some cool IDGF topping. A good thing is that any style works if you wear it well. All it takes is being aware and own it.
Good
I like good. Good is good. Good is intuitive. You know where you compromised on good. It usually goes with excuses or some reasonable justification. Enabling good is good. Rewarding it. Good should be shared and multiplied. People spend moneys on goodies. So it gets you paid and loved.
Maturity
I consider control to be a crisis tool. In the long run it rather blocks people's desire to work independently and be self-motivated. As an IC you willingly contribute when you know you own your job, not when you know they own you. As a manager you rather want to have space for strategic thinking provided by your reliable self-responsible employees.

Communication strategies of businesses are significantly influenced, if not shaped entirely, by the personalities of stakeholders—comprising their intentions, visions, insecurities, and peculiarities. it' either people see a respectable company communicates with them using well-designed TOV (it's fine btw). Or just people talking to people.
